EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR – Awarded to any employer who has hired Deaf/Hard of Hearing individual(s).
PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR – Awarded to any faculty or staff member of a professional or educational program serving Deaf/Hard of Hearing individuals. This may be a classroom teacher, professor, coach, counselor, VR counselor, speech pathologist, etc.
INTERPRETER OF THE YEAR – Awarded to any interpreter who has demonstrated a commitment to interpreting and has adhered to the Code of Ethics of the Interpreting profession.
COSDA ACHIEVEMENT AWARD – Awarded to a Deaf or Hard of Hearing individual who has demonstrated significant achievements in their vocational, educational, or personal life.
COSDA LEADERSHIP AWARD – Awarded to a Deaf or Hard of Hearing person who has demonstrated significant leadership by either involvement with the community or professional growth.
EARL LINDSEY SERVICE TO THE DEAF COMMUNITY AWARD – Awarded to anyone who has provided outstanding services/contributions to the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community for a significant period of time.
